PAUL VS TYSON (2024) REVIEW

I know this is not a film but due to being an amateur boxer myself I can't help but give it a review. The boxing before the main event was great. We also got to see Iron Mikes booty cheeks so that's reason alone to give it 5 stars.

All jokes aside this event was billed as a clash of titans and both under performed and over delivered. Both the title fights were intense and great viewing. Barrios vs Ramos was a real back and forth encounter that ended in a draw. Taylor vs Serrano was a barn burner with two warriors going out there, slugging it out and leaving it all in the ring.

The main event was next and when Tyson walked out he looked as menacing as ever BUT as soon as the bell went he looked every bit of  his 58 years as he threw 97 punches the whole fight and landed 18. Jake Paul convincingly got the unanimous decision victory against an aging veteran whose glory days were well behind him. Unfortunately father time caught up with Mike and he was no where near the man he was when he won the undisputed title.

I'm conflicted with what to rate this as on one hand there was great action on the undercard but on the other the main event was essentially a carnival ride. I'll be giving this a straight down the middle score due to the fact.

2.5 out of 5 STARS.
