BORAT SUBSEQUENT MOVIEFILM (2020) REVIEW

Made me laugh at points but overall this sequel is not as good as the original. God only knows how there was Oscar nominations.

KILL IT AND LEAVE THIS TOWN (2020) REVIEW

I loved the style of animation, plot wise it can be very abstract.

FINAL DESTINATION (2000) REVIEW

Better films come later in the series, but this is a solid foundation and building block for the franchise as a whole.

THE TUNNEL (2011) REVIEW

A interesting Australian found footage film, the creature was nightmare fuel and by far the best part. It was hard to take Luke Arnold seriously because I'd only ever seen him in the series "Black Sails". before this.

FINAL DESTINATION 3 (2006) REVIEW

Cheesy, dated and hasn't really aged well, although still fun to watch, this felt more straight to DVD then other entries in the franchise. I'm also surprised we haven't gotten any straight to DVD/VOD sequels from the franchise. They must be doing something right if they keep making money.

MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE - THE FINAL RECKONING (2025) REVIEW

As someone who has never seen a Mission: Impossible film before this one I have to say even though it was extremely far fetched it was very entertaining. This film is action for the sake of action.

3.5 out of 5 STARS.

TWO TAILS (2018) REVIEW

Animation was ok but also a bit janky in places, the voice acting is pretty terrible. Overall I can't help but feel that with more polish it could have been something great, never the less the young ones will like it if nothing else.

HAUNTED MANSION (2023) REVIEW

WHEN THE WIND BLOWS (1986) REVIEW

A devastating and thoroughly depressing film that is hard to watch at points, this film is as relevant now as it was when it first came out.

4.5 out of 5 STARS.

THE SURFER (2024) REVIEW

I didn't enjoy this one like I was hoping too, Nicholas cage was great in his role but it's a shame the rest of the film was mediocre at best. Oftentimes disjointed and hard to follow. Just because it is a psychological thriller doesn't mean the script was allowed to not make sense. Total misfire that deserved to be so much more.

NOTZILLA (2020) REVIEW

A film which is best described as gremlins meets kaiju. This parody of giant monster movies is cheesy B movie fun and clearly the filmmakers were inspired by films such as Spaceballs and Airplane! Definitely recommend giving this one a watch.

HOUSE OF WAX (2005) REVIEW

This was the first horror film I ever watched as a kid and I remember being terrified. After rewatching the film as an adult I've now come to realise it's campy early 2000's slasher fun.

3 out of 5 STARS.

THE SLAMMIN' SALMON (2009) REVIEW

An unfunny comedy film, far removed from Broken Lizards Super Trooper glory days. Avoid this one if possible as there are much funnier comedies out there.

SENNA (2011) REVIEW

An in depth look into the life of arguably the greatest F1 driver of all time. Well worth the watch.

3.5 out of 5 STARS.

CLOWN (2014) REVIEW

A film that is twisted and unsettling, even though it's not really scary it has great special FX.

A MINECRAFT MOVIE (2025) REVIEW

I usually love a Jack Black movie but I refuse to watch this film on principle alone, I have seen clips of YOU THE AUDIENCE carrying on during the movie, YOU THE AUDIENCE drive cinema staff up a wall and it's YOU THE AUDIENCE that is the reason I will not give this film my money or my time.

0.5 out of 5 STARS.

THE TOXIC AVENGER (1984) REVIEW

A pure master-class in 80s schlock! Buckets of gore, the hammiest of acting and a story that is completely over the top, what more do you ...
