 This film is pure low budget unfunny crap. The acting is non existent and the story line is terrible. Also am I the only one who was grossed out by Rob Schneider's psychical appearance in this film? he looked absolutely disgusting, maybe it was a mix of old age and bad lighting but boy did he look foul, I don't know why this film exists but we would of been better off if it didn't.

 New Zealand's equivalent to Clint Eastwood's Unforgiven. This NZ western is an unflinching film that draws you in. For an film made in 1983 it has aged very well and holds up in 2025. Well worth a watch.

PADRE PIO (2022) REVIEW

 Loved Shia LaBeoufs very Shia LaBeouf portrayal of the title character but I can't help but feel like the character is forced to take a back seat to the unrelated election storyline which is a real shame. This film is definitely Oscar bait but definitely not as terrible as people are making it out to be. The closing few minutes were also an awesome visual. Overall Padre Pio consists of an interesting topic but is uneven in execution.

 A bleek film, I feel like the main characters wife selfishly makes the events that happened to her husband all about her. The films just ends with no resolution or great pay off and that makes the film as a whole experience very disappointing. If someone asked me to recommend them a great Australian film, this would not be it.

SHIN GODZILLA (2016) REVIEW

 Imagine Godzilla meets body horror meets political drama and you have this movie. It's essentially what would happen if David Cronenberg directed a Godzilla film. It does drag a little bit in places but overall worth a look. The scene where Godzilla goes atomic is absolute nightmare fuel and is worth a watch for that scene alone. America turned Godzilla into a superhero of sorts and Japan has shown us the monster he really is with this film.

SCOOBY DOO! CURSE OF THE LAKE MONSTER (2010) REVIEW

 I really wanted to hate this film but it won me over, Scooby doo looks like Scooby Poo and the acting is corny as hell but a few times throughout the film, it made me laugh and I enjoyed it way more than I should have. Feels like it was a pilot episode to a TV show that never happened more than a film though.

GRIMCUTTY (2022) REVIEW

 Oh boy was this bad, its a try hard IT rip off but with a fraction of the budget. Terrible acting, the man who plays the father couldn't act his way out of a paper bag. The special FX themselves were gross looking. This film feels like it was made by the elderly to warn us that "phones are bad". Some of the things that happen in this film I kept saying would never happen in real life such as the parents sitting the kids down talking about grimcutty and the grimcutty party etc. this film was just pure crap don't bother with this if you have a choice.

 An interesting documentary. Some parts haven't aged well, the Jared Fogle segment especially. But that's not the fault of the film itself due to being released before his crimes came to light. Give it a watch if you want to kill some time.
